"Uzi" came to us as a rescue at only 5 months old. We received her from the animal shelter as she was not an adoption candidate, even at the tender age of 5 months! Congratulations & a big "THANK YOU" to Ashtabula Sheriff's Office in their acquisition of "Uzi". She will be the newest member of their large K9 unit. I am confident that she will meet their expectations, and then some!! A special Thank You to Curtis Johnson for helping train Uzi; you really helped make a difference for this dog that at one time had a very dim future! We are strong supporters of our local animal shelter and believe that as breeders, it is our responsibility to support shelters and assist in rescuing and placing unwanted or homeless animals.

"Zeus" had a very difficult start in life. He was seized by Animal Control after being nearly starved to death. His former owner was convicted of Cruelty to Animals and "Zeus" was given a second chance at life. As you can see, he has made a complete recovery from his horrific ordeal, and is very happy with his new best pal, Brian. Thank you to Pueblo Animal Services for contacting us about "Zeus" and giving us an opportunity to find him his new "forever" home. And a very special thank you to the Dean family in Colorado Springs for taking a chance on this big boy and providing him the love he so desperately desired and deserved.

"Charlie" as he is now called, was lost and taken to the local animal shelter as a stray. He was extremely nervous, and was trying to bite anyone and everyone. He eventually earned himself a space on the euthanasia list due to his behavior issues. Fortunately for Charlie, the Director of Operations couldn't bring herself to allow him to be euthanized and we were asked to foster him and work on some of his behavior issues. Well, little Charlie is now the newest (and smallest!!) member of the Kriegerhund family and has become a permanent resident here. Even though he is only 7lbs, he truly believes that he is just one of the big dogs!

"Vice" came to us from our local animal shelter. He was a beautiful sable colored Shepherd mix, and we just couldn't resist helping him find a new and permanent home! Congratulations to the new owner of Vice who lives in Colorado Springs.
